1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

This policy applies to all products and services (collectively, 'the Services') provided by Shenzhen Lvxin Fazhi Technology Co., Ltd. ('the Company', 'we', 'our', or 'us') through channels including the domain (www.lvxlaw.com), applications ('App'), mini-programs, and Software Development Kits ('SDK').

A 'User' ('you' or 'your') is defined as any natural person, legal entity, or other organization that lawfully uses the Services. 'Information' includes all data actively provided by the User or automatically collected by our systems.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. By accessing, using, or creating an account for the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must possess full capacity for civil conduct. Users under the age of 14 require the explicit written consent of a guardian to use the Services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Your use of our Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration & Management

Registration Qualifications

Users must have the full legal capacity for civil conduct to register an account. If you are under 14 years old, you must obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as your own. If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must immediately contact us to request an account freeze.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in illegal or non-compliant activities. The decision to suspend or terminate will be communicated via email, in-platform message, or SMS. Users may file an appeal within seven (7) days of receiving the notice, and we will respond within five (5) working days.

4. Service Description

LVXIN provides AI-powered legal technology services including but not limited to:

AI Legal Consultation and Document Analysis

• Automated legal guidance and contract analysis using advanced AI algorithms.
• Risk identification, clause review, and compliance checking.
• Interactive legal question-and-answer sessions.

Document Processing Services

• Secure document upload, storage, and versioning.
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for scanned documents.
• Support for multiple document formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX).

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You also have the right to change or withdraw your consent for data processing and to request the deletion of your account.

Exercising Your Rights

You can exercise these rights at any time through the self-service functions in your account center or by contacting our support team.

6. Information Collection and Use

Information Collection Methods

• Actively Provided: Information you provide during registration, identity verification, or when uploading materials.
• Passively Acquired: Technical information automatically collected via device information, server logs, Cookies, and SDKs.
• Actively Authorized: Information accessed only with your explicit permission, such as location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.

Purpose of Information Use

• To implement and optimize product functionality.
• For customer service, user management, and communication.
• For security audits, risk prevention, and to ensure the stability and safety of the Services.

7. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Third-Party Processors

In the event of a security incident, we will initiate our emergency response plan, report the incident within 24 hours, notify affected users within 72 hours, and submit a detailed report to regulatory authorities within five (5) working days, along with a remediation plan.

AI Service Auditing and Log Management

All AI service interactions generate audit logs that record timestamps, device fingerprints, and input/output content. These logs are securely retained for a period of three (3) years for security and compliance purposes.

Data Retention Periods

We retain data for specific periods: Account information is retained for two (2) years after account deletion; transaction records for five (5) years; security audit logs for one (1) year. User Business Data is processed according to user instructions.

Data Destruction

Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized to prevent recovery.

9. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

User's Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright and ownership of the works you create and upload ('User Content'). By using the Services, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content for the purposes of providing the Services, product demonstration, promotion, and service optimization.

Company's Intellectual Property

The Company and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our platform, software, AI models, algorithms, trademarks, and logos.

Confidentiality Obligations

The Company and its affiliates are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information. All employees and external vendors who may access your data are required to sign legally binding confidentiality agreements.

10. Legal Disclaimers

Information Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• The applicability of information to specific legal circumstances.
• The currency of legal information with respect to recent regulatory changes.

Educational Purpose Only

All content is for informational purposes only. You should always:

• Independently verify information before making any legal decisions.

11. Liability Limitations

Force Majeure and Exclusions

The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss resulting from force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government actions, or network failures) or reasons attributable to the User. We also disclaim liability for:

• Losses from reliance on AI-generated information.
• Damages from incorrect contract analysis.
• Business losses, lost profits, or data breaches not caused by our gross negligence.

Damage Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Time Limitations on Claims

Any claims against the Company must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or they will be permanently barred.

12. Payment Terms & Billing

Service Plans & Pricing

We offer various service plans, including free tiers, premium subscriptions, and enterprise solutions. Details are available on our pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation.
• All prices are in USD or as otherwise specified, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Refunds & Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in annual or enterprise agreements.

Late Payment

• Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees on overdue amounts.

13. Export Control and Sanctions

You agree not to use the Services for military purposes or in any manner that violates international sanctions or export control laws. You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from such prohibited use.

14. Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment of fees, illegal activities, or as required by law.

Survival of Terms

Sections concerning Disclaimers, Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, Payment Obligations, and Dispute Resolution shall survive any termination of this agreement.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be resolved through litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction in the location where the Company is registered.

16. Notices and Updates

Notification Method

We will notify you of changes through platform announcements, in-platform messages, SMS, or email. A notice is considered delivered once sent.

Policy Update Cycle

We review this policy for compliance at least every six (6) months. For major changes, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice before the changes take effect.
